• PM (Project manager) is a person who works directly with customers.
• Receive data, analyze data on workflows, plan work, and transfer work information to frontline workers
• Take the highest responsibility of the project for the progress, quality and technical requirements of the project.

3D CONCEPT DESIGN

• Team members receive tasks directly from the PM, receive data, plans. Under the supervision of the PM, the 3D design is carried out, fully complying with the project requirements.
• Fully ensure the progress of the assigned work plan.
• Work implementation planning.
• Communicate directly with the PM to be able to come up with the most optimal and effective solution.
• Full communication with team members to grasp the implementation of the team’s project smoothly.
• Responsible for product quality, progress, responsible for supporting other team members as allowed.
• Have a plan to report the cargo work to the PM.
• Requirements of 3D concept design:
  • Full functionality of a Jig
  • Ensure easy loading and unloading
  • Operation of robot, Gun, Auto Gun is easy and accurate
  • Securing MCP, MCS Placement Style Guarantee
  • Ensure the correct use of standard purchases as required

DETAILED DESIGN

• Design Optimization
• Simplifying structures, details, and making drawings as well as manufacturing
• Double-check standard purchase parameters to ensure accuracy
• Constraint Jig Set as Standard
• Prepare the finished data to make 2D drawings, test the assembly position, check the session.

2D & AIR CIRCUIT DRAWING DESIGN

• Prepare forms according to project requirements
• Check the types of notes on the drawing according to each specific type of detail
• Checking the project’s projection tolerance and method
• Planning personnel to make 2D drawings
