SOSI PROJECT
Requirement: Provide and install the complete package of equipment for the automotive welding lines SOSI model VF5 and SI model VF6–7, in compliance with European standards, to ensure production output and product quality.
LAC HONG PROJECT
Requirement: Design, supply, and fully install all equipment for the manual welding line workshop LH9, in compliance with European standards regarding workspace layout, labor safety, and product quality.
Project Duration: February 2025 to June 2025
Result: Funa successfully completed the Vinfast project on schedule, meeting both standards and quality requirements.
VF6CAR CHASSIS PROJECT
The project involves welding the chassis of the VF6 car model at the mechanical factory. Requirement: Design, manufacture, and install a complete automatic CO₂ chassis welding line (subframe) for the VF6 model.
VFE34, VF5-RHD PROJECT
Requirement: Design, manufacture, and install a complete manual welding line for the VF5 right-hand drive model. This welding line is integrated into the existing welding line for the VF5 left-hand drive model.
CVA- QTR PROJECT
Scope of Work: Layout planning, 3D design, issuance of 2D drawings, simulation, control programming, machining, transportation, and installation.
Completed Items: Layout arrangement, 3D design, issuance of 2D drawings, simulation, control programming, machining, transportation, and installation.
VF3 VINFAST INDONESIA WELDING JIG LINE
Quantity: 46 key jigs, 12 respot jigs, 6 grippers, 8 fitting fixtures (the AUTO line accounts for 40% of the total project).
Design Time: 30 days.
PROJECT: MACHINING AND INSTALLATION OF LIFTING TABLE AND SIDE SHEET HANDLING SYSTEM FOR KIM LONG MOTOR FACTORY – HUE
Requirement: Perform machining based on drawings provided by the customer. Develop lifting solutions. Carry out machining, installation, and technology transfer directly at the factory.
PROJECT: SUPPLY OF WELDING FIXTURES FOR LIMO GREEN CAR BODY – VINFAST INDIA
Quantity: 52 jigs including geo fixtures, respot, stud; 10 gripper sets; 9 sealing tables; 68 trolleys. Design according to standards, machining, installation, and handover to the factory. Completed within 75 days.
VF6, VF7 VINFAST INDIA WELDING JIG LINE
Quantity: 40 key jigs, 8 respot jigs, 6 grippers, 8 fitting fixtures (AUTO line accounts for 40% of the total project).
Design Time: 30 days.
PROJECT: 7-COMPONENT DOSING SYSTEM FOR FILLER COMPANY – YEN BAI
Requirement: Design, machining, installation, and complete handover of the dosing system. Timeline for completion: 45 days.
